Welcome to Lexus in London where we’ve taken a look back over our highlights in 2008 as well as taking a look at newly arrived and forthcoming models.
Overall 2008 was an exciting year for the Lexus division, we opened the purpose-built Lexus Sidcup Centre in March followed by Lexus Edgware Road, a flagship Centre for the brand in the UK, in October. Lexus Croydon, which was one of the first Centres to meet new Lexus corporate standards, as well as Lexus Sidcup and Lexus Edgware Road continue to offer a first class experience to its customers.
Of course, the end of last year was a challenge for all businesses, however, we are confident having laid extremely solid foundations at our three successful Centres, that we will evolve and rise to the challenge that 2009 will bring.
Our focus in 2009 is very much on continuing to improve the service we deliver to our customers and forging even stronger relationships with the Lexus community. Our customer care scores are among some of the best in the UK network and we are aiming for even better results this year.
