Record Breaking win for Lexus – Ninth straight year in JD Power Customer Satisfaction Award
Once again Lexus has topped the2009 JD power customer satisfaction awards – a ninth straight win for the brand since it was first eligible for consideration in 2001.
WHAT CAR? magazine revealed the results and not only was Lexus top brand, but it was also the top model. In the past it had been the IS which customers voted as best model but this year the RX SUV took top honours.
Belinda Poole, Director of Lexus, said, “The message from these results is clear: the qualities of our products and the service we deliver to our customers have no equal. In nine years, none of our competitors has managed to improve its performance to a level where it matches, let alone exceeds the all-round rewards of Lexus ownership.
“We are extremely proud of what has been achieved by our network of Lexus Centres and are determined that we will continue to set the highest standards for customer satisfaction in the UK motor industry.”
