The enhanced new Lexus IS offers a host of specification improvements and the diesel version has lower emissions.
Emissions for the Lexus IS 220d are reduced to 148g/km whilst for the Lexus IS 250 remain unchanged at 231g/km (manual) and 214g/km (automatic).
Equipment and features have, however, received a boost with the innovative Lexus Vehicle Dynamics Integrated Management system now standard on all models.
Lexus has given its stylish sports saloon sharper looks inside and out, added extra equipment features and made detail adjustments to provide even better handling.
Lower emissions, lower running costs for new Lexus IS 220d
- The same proven 175bhp (177 DIN hp) 2.2-litre diesel engine
- Emissions reduced from 168 to 163g/km
- The Lexus IS 220d moves down a band for Vehicle Excise Duty (E to D)
- Saving £25 on a year’s road fund licence
