Free access to exclusive Lexus Accident Assistance* means if owners are involved in an accident, the RAC and the Lexus legal department will be there to help.
In an emergency, they will arrange for the driver or a member of the party to be taken to hospital by private ambulance. They will also arrange transport home when the person is discharged.
Above and beyond the RAC response, Lexus will recover the vehicle, provide a courtesy car, obtain insurance estimates and help owners to complete any paperwork. And when the Lexus is repaired using only genuine parts at an approved repairer, it will be delivered back to the owner.
A Lexus incident manager will be responsible for the entire process so the whole recovery and repair process is in safe hands 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
