If you are unfortunate enough to be involved in an accident, we will do everything possible to minimise the inconvenience caused including providing you with an accident repair coordinator who will look after your repair from the initial estimate through to completion.
We will always provide an estimate and if your vehicle is located within a 25-mile radius of our centre, we will even send our experienced estimator to view your vehicle.
Remember…
- You have the right to choose who carries out the repair to your Lexus
- In most cases you only need to get one estimate
- Your Lexus will be repaired by an authorised Lexus repairer
- Regardless of who is to blame, do not admit liability
