  • An aftersales appointment within five working days
  • When booking, we will ensure that as much information is recorded as possible so we can best prepare for your appointment
  • When booking, we will offer you alternative transport
  • We will provide same-day diagnosis for warranty work
  • We will keep you informed of your vehicle’s progress through the workshop
  • We will seek your authorisation for any additional work which may be required
  • We will do our very best to ensure that work on your vehicle is completed on the same day, or at the very most, the day after
