Lexus Croydon shows off its driving range at local golf day
Lexus Croydon teamed up with Purley Downs Golf Club when it sponsored its Invitation Day event which enabled the 120 competitors to be among the first to see the new SUV, the full hybrid RX 450h ahead of its 6th July launch.
The special preview took place at the South Croydon club’s annual Invitation Day when the ultra high-performance IS F; the flagship luxury hybrid saloon, the LS600h; the compact sports saloon, the IS 250; the executive GS 300; and the convertible sports coupe, the SC 430; were also on display.
Lexus Croydon’s general manager Paul Meller presented a prize of a Lexus for a week for the nearest the pin on the 8th Hole to Nick Lawrence who was 3ft away from the pin. Winners of the overall event were Nigel Palmer and his guest John Weatherall.
Said Paul: “It was a very enjoyable day which also provided us with the opportunity to show off our range of vehicles. The players were delighted to be among the first to see the new RX 450h, which hasn’t even been launched yet.”
